Sleep is fundamental to our health and so many of us cannot get enough of it!
At this update, we will focus on your own sleep and how can you redesign your sleep experience for the better.
Our goal is to pull out all the stops that are preventing you from getting the sleep that your brain and body really need. We hope to go deep into your sleep habits and come up with concrete steps you can take to sleep better and feel better.
The event is completely free and open to the public.
We will also talk about our annual monthlong health challenge. Hint- we are planning to move it to January and do in conjunction with our network Poplar.
