Two upcoming classes you don't want to miss

Are you interested in learning more about plant-based nutrition? Would you like support in making lifestyle changes? 

Whether you are just learning or have started your journey to better health, Progressive Health of Delaware has two upcoming opportunities to enhance your knowledge and give you tips and skills to have great success in learning new food habits to meet your specific goals. 

June 28: Food for Life Cancer Project class 2 "Fueling Up On Low-Fat, High-Fiber Foods" 

Time: 6:45-8:00 pm

This class is a powerful opportunity to learn how to reduce your risk of cancer with food

July 3: Be Well 

Time: 6:00-7:30 pm 

As always, Be Well will begin with participants sharing their successes, challenges, and asking questions. Dr. Donohue will give a dynamic presentation describing 20 wins you can achieve by eating a plant-based diet. And, just in time for the 4th of July, Karen Smith, RD will cook up healthy and delicious BBQ fare! 

Both classes will be held at the First Unitarian Church of Wilmington located at 730 Halstead Rd. After turning onto Whitby Drive from route 202, turn right into the parking lot across from the main church entrance. Cross the street and enter the main church doors.
