We will run our Heal My High Blood Pressure program for a 2nd time, starting Wednesday July 19!

It will run weekly on Wednesdays noon to 1 pm, for 6 weeks.

One of the most popular elements has been the advanced lab testing. It turns out medical science has discovered more important testing since the lipid panel (1950s). Our panel is usually covered mostly by insurance. We find something that was unknown, important, and actionable in over 50% of the times we get the testing done.

WHAT IS THE COST?

This is a medical program. We will bill your insurance for each virtual visit. You will be responsible for your usual copays or deductibles. We do not charge anything on top of those costs.

HOW DOES A GROUP PROGRAM WORK?

You will join a Zoom meeting with Dr. Donohue like any other telehealth visit. Other participants will join as well. You can share your insights and questions with the group, and learn from Dr. Donohue and the other participants.

WHAT ARE ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF A GROUP PROGRAM?

You will not have as much personalized attention as you would at a 1-on-1 medical visit. But Dr. Donohue will have time to provide very deep education and science, and advanced testing, that are not currently possible in a traditional 1-on-1 office visit. Most people find the interaction with other participants to be exciting and helpful.

Space is limited to the first 100 registrants. We tentatively plan to offer this program again in 2024.
