People Age 16 and Older Eligible for COVID Vaccine

The State of Delaware has opened vaccination up to all people 16 and up! We can administer the vaccine to any patient of Progressive Health of Delaware, regardless of your state of residence.

If you are 16 or older and in need of a COVID vaccination, please fill out this new form so we can schedule you for COVID-19 vaccination.

We have received many positive reviews of our COVID vaccine team. We are efficient, and generally there is very little wait.

We administer the vaccine to you as you sit in your car. After receiving the shot, we will ask you to wait in your car in the parking lot for 15 to 30 minutes, so we can ensure all is well.

If you have any insurance changes, please call the office front desk and they can update your chart.

NOTE: You cannot have another vaccine within 14 days before or after getting the COVID-19 vaccine.
