Be Well 3/3 Notes
Thanks to those who attended Tuesday’s Be Well session. And, thanks to Dr. Tailor and her daughter, Amrita, for their informative demonstration of how to make Masoor Dal in the Instant Pot. It was served over brown basmati rice and was delicious!
