Your Planet, Your Food: Be Well Gathering Jan 7, 2020

You are invited to attend Progressive Health’s monthly Be Well program on Tuesday, January 7th from 6:30-8:00 pm at the First Unitarian Church of Wilmington (730 Halstead Rd.). Be Well is a program for people to connect with others interested in plant-based nutrition and other lifestyle behaviors shown to prevent and reverse disease. Be Well is FREE, and meets the first Tuesday of each month from 6:30-8:00 pm.

The topic of discussion for January’s Be Well is “Your Planet, Your Food” and Dr. David Donohue will share a powerful presentation on the environmental impacts food choices have, and what you can do to reduce your carbon footprint and protect the planet.

The program will be held in the Parish Hall, which is just beyond the main church entrance that faces Whitby Drive. You may park in the lot across from the main church entrance along Whitby Drive or in the lot behind the church on Halstead Rd.

All are welcome to attend. Please bring a friend or family member to hear this very important message! There is no cost, and we ask for a small donation to put towards the cost of the church rental and food samples. More info here https://www.facebook.com/events/473241003629230/
