How to Sprout Broccoli Seeds

For about 75 cents, you can fill a mason jar with broccoli seeds.  That jar will contain more anticancer sulforaphanes than you would get in pounds of broccoli.

I recommend get about 2 one-quart wide-mouth mason jars.  Such as these
