Be Well class on 4/3
Join the next Be Well group class on Tuesday, April 3rd from 6:00-7:30 pm at the First Unitarian Church.
In March’s class, the importance of adequate sleep, dietary fiber, and movement were stressed as fundamental for good health.
April’s class will emphasize the importance of goal setting, give examples of simple exercises that can be done anywhere, anytime, and as always, there will be delicious plant-based foods and recipes.
Progressive Health of Delaware offers more support for you outside of the Be Well program! Medical nutrition therapy is provided by Karen Smith, R.D. on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Medical nutrition therapy is covered by many insurance carriers, and Karen can help you create specific nutrition goals and plans to meet them.
